TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Sale (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") are a legally binding document for the parties, establishing the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the terms of acquiring and paying for goods, the procedure for delivery and return of goods, the responsibilities of the parties, and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods in the online store "3DP".
1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they agree to these Terms.
1.3. A contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer creates a shopping cart in the online store, provides the delivery address, selects the payment method, reviews the Terms, and clicks the "Buy" button.

2. Personal Data Protection
2.1. When ordering goods in the "3DP" online store, the Buyer must provide the requested information: name, surname, address, and email.
2.2. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate information during the purchase.
2.3. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that the provided personal data will be processed for the purpose of order fulfillment. The Buyer also agrees that necessary informational messages for completing the order may be sent to the email address provided.
2.4. The Buyer's personal data may be processed for marketing purposes only if the Buyer explicitly consents.
2.5. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer’s personal data to third parties, except where required by competent state authorities under Lithuanian law or with separate written consent from the Buyer.

3. Buyer's Rights and Obligations
3.1. The Buyer undertakes to pay the Seller the agreed amount for the ordered goods and to accept them.
3.2. The Buyer must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information in the payment form. If the Buyer provides inaccurate, false, or misleading information, 3DP has the right to cancel the Buyer’s registration and delete the data.
3.3. If the Buyer’s details change, they must immediately inform the Seller.
3.4. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase-sale contract in accordance with the provisions of the Goods Return Policy.
3.5. By placing an order in the "3DP" online store, the Buyer agrees to these Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Sale and undertakes to comply with them and applicable Lithuanian laws.

4. Seller's Rights and Obligations
4.1. The Seller undertakes to provide all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services of the "3DP" online store.
4.2. If the Buyer attempts to compromise the stability or security of the online store or violates their obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately restrict, suspend, or terminate the Buyer's access without prior notice.
4.3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s privacy regarding personal information provided in the purchase form and not to disclose it to third parties.
4.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the Buyer’s ordered goods to the specified address.
4.5. In case of significant circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the online store without prior notice to the Buyer.
4.6. The Seller may unilaterally change the conditions of these Terms.
4.7. If the Buyer continues to use the services of "3DP" after the changes to the Terms, it is considered that the Buyer agrees to the changes.

5. Ordering, Prices, Payment Terms, Deadlines
5.1. The online store is available for purchasing 24/7.
5.2. Orders are accepted only through the "3DP" online store.
5.3. All prices in the online store are listed in euros, including VAT, and other currencies also include VAT.
5.4. The Buyer undertakes to pay for the order within 2 (two) calendar days from the date of order confirmation. Preparation of the shipment begins only after payment is received.
5.5. If the Buyer does not make the payment within 2 calendar days, the order is canceled.

6. Delivery of Goods
6.1. The Buyer must specify the exact delivery address.
6.2. The Buyer is obliged to accept the goods personally. If the Buyer cannot receive the goods themselves, and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer has no right to make claims to the Seller for delivery to the wrong recipient.
6.3. Goods are shipped to the Buyer within 2 business days from payment confirmation.
6.4. The Seller is not responsible for delays in delivery if caused by the Buyer or circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
6.5. The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the shipment is received in damaged packaging, contains unordered items, incorrect quantities, or incomplete sets.
6.6. The Buyer must provide photos of the damaged shipment and/or goods via email.

7. Quality and Warranty
7.1. All goods sold in the "3DP" online store have their details specified in the product description.
7.2. The quantity of goods shown in images may not correspond to the price – multiple units may be depicted. Measurement units are specified in the product description. Product colors may slightly differ depending on the Buyer’s monitor.
7.3. The Seller may provide a specific warranty for certain products, with terms and conditions specified in the product description.

8. Marketing and Information
8.1. The Seller may organize promotions and special offers in the "3DP" online store.
8.2. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change or cancel promotions without separate notice. Any changes or cancellations are effective immediately.
8.3. Notifications are sent to the email address provided in the Buyer’s order form.
8.4. The Buyer sends all inquiries and messages through the "Contact" section of the online store.
8.5. The Seller is not responsible if the Buyer does not receive messages due to internet issues, email provider disruptions, spam filtering, or incorrect data provided by the Buyer.
8.6. The Buyer’s personal data may be used for marketing purposes only under the conditions specified in section 2.4.

9. Final Provisions
9.1. These Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Sale are drawn up in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
9.2. These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes arising from the implementation of these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Lithuanian law.
