GOODS RETURN POLICY

1. Return and Exchange of Goods
1.1. The return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania dated June 29, 2001, "On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods".
1.2. The Buyer must send the returned goods by registered mail. The registered shipment number must be provided to the Seller no later than 24 hours after dispatch.
1.3. The costs of returning quality goods or goods to be exchanged are borne by the Buyer.
1.4. To return a product(s), the Buyer may do so within 7 (seven) days from the day the goods were delivered to the Buyer, by notifying the Seller via email and attaching photos or videos of the product and/or shipment describing the problem.
1.5. The returned product must be in its original, intact packaging, unused, in the same configuration as received by the Buyer, and must retain its commercial appearance (labels intact, protective films not removed, etc.). A paper (printed) proof of purchase (order or payment copy) must be provided when returning the product.
1.6. When returning a quality product, only the price paid for the product is refunded to the Buyer. Shipping costs are not refundable.
1.7. When returning an incorrect product, the Seller undertakes to replace it with the correct product. If the correct product is unavailable, the Buyer will be refunded the full amount paid (for the product and actual shipping costs).
1.8. When returning a defective product, the Seller undertakes to replace it with an equivalent product or refund the Buyer.
1.9. To return a defective product(s), the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the day the goods were delivered to the Buyer, by notifying the Seller via email and attaching photos or videos of the defective product and/or shipment describing the problem.
1.10. The returned defective product must be in its original, intact packaging, unused, in the same configuration as received by the Buyer, and must retain its commercial appearance (labels intact, protective films not removed, etc.). A paper (printed) proof of purchase must be provided when returning the product.
1.11. The Seller has the right not to accept goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with the return procedures established in sections 1.4–1.5 and 1.9–1.10 of these Rules.
1.12. If the product was paid for using a gift voucher, the voucher will be returned along with any additional amount paid (if applicable).
1.13. If the Buyer returns a product purchased with a discount, the refunded amount will be the amount paid for the product with the valid discount applied.

2. Final Provisions
2.1. These Goods Return Rules are drawn up in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
2.2. These Rules are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes arising from the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
